Shipping policy
The cost of delivery will be determined by the amount ordered and where the order is being shipped. The total cost will be calculated at checkout. You will be charged for each order.
All orders made before 12 pm will be processed that same day. Any orders made after 12 pm will be processed the next working day, not including weekends and national holidays.
We ship with Royal Mail from the UK and use local courier services.

KALIKKO is not responsible for delays outside of our control. If an event outside of our control delays our supply of the products KALIKKO cannot take liability. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay and if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Deliveries are made to the address given at the time of order and you must accept full responsibility for ensuring accuracy in the information provided. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you stated.
You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that go missing or parcels that arrive damaged due to the fault of a 3rd party (i.e. courier). If possible we will send a replacement or offer a refund but we do ask for you to agree to assist us in any subsequent investigations for compensation from said 3rd party.
